About Maps

Al-Diwan uses map data and imagery from multiple open and public sources. This page provides required attribution and licensing information for all map data displayed in the application.

1. Base Map Data

The base map data, including roads, place names, boundaries, and general geographic features, is provided by OpenStreetMap (OSM) and is available under the Open Database License (ODbL).

2. Satellite Imagery

3. Building Data

Building footprints and 3D building information are sourced from open geographic databases:

Building data is processed and merged by Al-Diwan from the sources listed above.

4. Google Maps

Al-Diwan integrates Google Maps Platform to provide map features on supported devices.

Property location services on those devices are powered by Google Maps. Satellite imagery provided through Google Maps is © Google.

Use of Google Maps is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

5. Data Processing

Map content is displayed using third-party data sources and services. Each source is subject to its own terms and attribution requirements as described above.

6. Your Use of Map Data

Map data is subject to the original source licenses listed above. Users redistributing this data must comply with those licenses.

7. Accuracy and Disclaimer

Map data is provided "as-is" from community and open data sources. While we strive for accuracy:

• Building locations and boundaries may not be precise
• Property information should be verified independently
• Data may not reflect current conditions
